1. Where is the GovPreneurs Summit being held?
The GovPreneurs Summit will be held November 9-10 at the Raleigh Convention Center, 500 S. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, conveniently located in downtown Raleigh.
2. What is the registration cutoff date?
Registration will remain open until the event sells out. Because space is limited, we strongly encourage attendees to register early to secure their preferred ticket type.
3. Will meals be provided with my ticket purchase?
Yes. Lunch will be provided as part of your Summit experience. Additional details about meals, refreshments, and dietary accommodations will be shared with registered attendees before the event.
4. What should I wear?
The recommended attire for the GovPreneurs Summit is business or business casual. This is a professional networking environment, so we encourage you to dress comfortably while being ready to connect with government leaders, prime contractors, business owners, speakers, sponsors, and other industry professionals.
5. What ticket options are available?
The GovPreneurs Summit offers General Admission (GA) and VIP tickets. GA provides access to the core Summit experience, while VIP is designed for attendees looking for an elevated experience with additional access and benefits. 6. Are you selling virtual tickets?
No, the GovPreneurs Summit is an in-person event.
7. Do you offer 1-Day passes?
At this time, one-day passes are not available. Summit tickets are designed to give attendees access to the complete event experience.
8. Are session recordings included with my ticket purchase?
VIP ticket holders will have access to session recordings. We'll send access instructions and availability dates after the Summit.
9. Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP?
Yes, VIP upgrades may be available while VIP tickets remain in inventory. If you’ve already purchased a General Admission ticket and would like to upgrade, contact Fatima Hameed, Events Manager, at [email protected] for assistance.
10. Can I give or sell my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?
No, tickets are non-transferable.
11. What is the ticket refund and exchange policy?
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged once the purchase has been completed.
A ticket purchase is deemed complete once payment has been processed and the ticket or confirmation has been issued, including but not limited to:
- Digital or physical ticket issuance
- Email confirmation delivery
- Registration or attendee-name processing
- Reservation of a seat, space, or admission

12. My confirmation email does not have a ticket. When will I receive my ticket?
You will receive an email closer to the event date with your digital ticket.
